- Lateresa has been licensed to sell real estate since 2004, and is an experienced leasing and sales agent. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management section, including the maintenance requests, as well as being a constant communicator with residents and vendors. Lateresa has an ARM from the institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a leasing certification, and is a full time student at Carlow University.
