Our property management department is staffed with knowledgeable managers who are experienced in commercial, residential and student rental properties and the unique rental process associated with each type of property. At Kuzneski & Lockard, Inc., we recognize that every rental situation is different and have created three property management packages: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Silver package is available for clients with 3 units or less and caters to those who prefer to manage their property but need help with marketing and leasing their units. The Gold package is best for clients with more than three units, who would like all of the services of the Silver package and help with inspecting the units before and after tenants move-in. The Platinum package is geared towards clients with multiple rental units, who want minimal involvement with the day-to-day activities of marketing and caring for their investment rental properties.
